The Homestead is our largest building accommodating between 6 to 13 guests. Larger groups may be accommodated by agreement with your hosts.
An attraction of the Homestead is the number of decks – whatever the prevailing weather conditions guests can usually find a comfortable, protected space to sit and relax.
A central foyer/sitting area has a slow combustion wood fire to provide a central cosy place to relax indoors.
A large open wood fire in the lounge room provides a warm, comfortable atmosphere while sharing time with your group.
A well equipped, large kitchen will make meal times easy. A full size fridge/freezer, an entertainer’s style gas stove, a microwave, electric kettle and a toaster are all provided. No matter how large your group all your provisions can be stored in the walk in pantry and prepared on the ample bench space.
Having a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 are furnished with a queen bed , 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is an extra single bed in one queen room.
There is a main bathroom and an ensuite bathroom, both having a shower over the bath and septic toilets.

See AllBlue Gum Cabin The Blue Gum Cabin is perfect for couples, small family or small groups.It has two separate bedrooms, the first with a queen bed fitted with an electric blanket, the other having 2 single bunk beds. A double pull out sofa lounge is in the lounge area and extra is available on request.A fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, a stove/oven and a microwave makes meal times easy. A BBQ is available on the verandah but we ask you to clean it each time you use it please.In the bathroom guests can relax in a spa bath. The toilet is a composting environmentally-friendly system.The slow combustion fire will keep the cottage cozy in cooler weather. We supply some firewood and there is plenty of wood around the cabin if you run out. We provide a number of DVD’s, books and games to keep you amused when you are inside.The front verandah faces North West, making it a beautiful spot to begin and/or end your day with a drink of your choice. Situated in a quiet location it is surrounded by plenty of natural bush and wildlife.All in one room is a queen bed fitted with an electric blanket. In the centre area is a lounge area which has a 3 seater sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge/freezer, stove, a microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster.In the lounge area is a slow combustion fire to keep the cabin cozy in the cooler weather. We supply the wood and there is plenty of wood around the cabin if you run out. A small selection of DVD’s, books and games is available.At one end of the cottage is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
